Not having been a part of a major production (yet), this all applies to smaller, indy productions as well. Everyone involved is working toward a shared goal of putting out a product worth watching. Many time for very little compensation or none at all. Everyone deserves recognition and appreciation, not just the actors.

Some of my best memories from Defending Jacob were talking with an Australian camera man named Jason. He was super friendly and he really helped me relax during my fist day on set of a major production.
